'BrookLinenWorks's journey began with an ambition: to serve up true Neapolitan pizzas in London. The venture, inaugurated by the Bianchi household in 1985, blossomed from a quaint family-owned shop, nurturing recipes that have been preserved through many generations.
Our patriarch, Marco Bianchi, mastered the craft of pizza creation while voyaging across Italy, gleaning wisdom from notable pizza chefs in Naples, the cradle of pizza. After her return to the UK, she aspired to offer an unmatched Italian pizza experience, honoring conventional techniques and selecting only premium ingredients.
Our small 12-seat eatery has evolved into a cherished part of the community, yet our mission to deliver excellence and genuine pizza remains unchanged. We persist in utilizing traditional wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough from scratch daily, and seeking out the best ingredients available.
Presently, 'BrookLinenWorks' is still family-led, with the Bianchi family's next generation steering our zealous crew. While we have adopted some contemporary improvements, the core of our enterprise persists: crafting scrumptious, true pizza that unites people.
